1). When an order is placed the following will be performed:

• if the item has no finish, the item will be lightly sanded, dusted, and wrapped in plastic and placed in an appropriate size box.

• if the item has a finish, the item will be dusted and wrapped in plastic and placed in an appropriate size box.

• if the item has glass or mirror, these surfaces will be cleaned.

2). Since the items are made from wood, the appearance may differ from the picture uploaded with the description.

3). If an item arrives damaged, it can be returned, refunded, or replaced with similar item.
